The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Milgauss is a model introduced by Rolex in 1956 and in 2022, Rolex discontinued all Milgauss models in the collection, except for the 116400 Z-blue. The Rolex Milgauss can resist withstand magnetic fields of up to 1,000 gauss and became known for being worn by scientists at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva.

The Milgauss’ most unusual feature is its striking orange lightning-bolt second hand which is a unique feature for the Rolex Milgauss.
